Since 2006.
Profais Centrum Usług Księgowych has operated in Łódź since 2006. It is run by Joanna Woźnica-Lenarczyk — a member of the Polish Chamber of Accounting Firms (KIBR since 2025) and holder of the Polish Ministry of Finance accounting certificate no. 12848/2006. We serve businesses of every size — from sole traders to companies, including those with foreign capital. Clients from across Poland.
How we work
Every client has a dedicated account manager
for bookkeeping and for HR and payroll.
We have no call centre and no passing of matters from department to department. You call the same person who knows your business.
We work with clients for the long term. We work on FinnAI: in the FinnAI client panel you have your documents, an overview of your accounts and your invoices from KSeF (the national e-invoicing system) in one place.
- The firm is founded on Zgierska Street in Łódź. The first clients — sole traders and micro-businesses from Bałuty.
- The client panel is introduced — full remote communication with clients from across Poland.
- The first KSeF pilots in the Ministry of Finance DEMO environment.
- Joining the Polish Chamber of Accounting Firms (KIBR).
- KSeF becomes mandatory on 1 February 2026 (the largest companies) and on 1 April 2026 (all others). We have been invoicing in KSeF ourselves since 1 February 2026, before the obligation applied to us, and we handle our clients' invoices in it.
