Pricing

How much does it cost?

Note: Prices are indicative. The final quote depends on the actual monthly number of documents and the scope of services.

Starting a business? We guide you free of charge

If you sign a contract with us, we guide you free of charge through the whole process of setting up and registering your business and getting access to KSeF — especially if you are starting a sole-trader business. The free consultation covers only setting up a business.

Prices start from

  • from PLN 270 a month — KPiR or lump-sum tax (ryczałt), business not registered for VAT (15 documents a month),
  • from PLN 320 a month — KPiR or lump-sum tax, VAT-registered business,
  • from PLN 900 a month — full bookkeeping,
  • from PLN 60 per employee — payroll and HR,
  • client panel: PLN 9 a month + PLN 6 per GB.

All prices are net; we add 23% VAT to the price (HR and payroll too). Individual quote.

We give you a quick quote for your business after a conversation. The quote costs nothing.

Simplified bookkeeping (KPiR / lump-sum tax)

The default path for most sole traders and new businesses.

  • Settlement based on the actual number of documents in the month
  • Separate thresholds for businesses without and with VAT
  • Foreign turnover, EU VAT returns, VAT OSS, GUS (statistical office) reports: +20% of the base price
  • Cash method (metoda kasowa) – according to the table (without the x2 multiplier)
  • Client panel: PLN 9 a month + PLN 6 per GB
  • Annual settlement: one-off, according to the price list — annual PIT returns and the year-end closing are charged separately
  • HR and payroll: PLN 60 per employee (payroll) + PLN 40 (HR), where applicable

For new businesses: we propose a meeting to agree the form of settlement, VAT and minimum thresholds.

Full bookkeeping

For limited companies, limited partnerships and sole traders who have exceeded the limits.

  • Settlement based on the number of documents
  • Possible surcharges: grants +20%, Estonian CIT +30% (individually)
  • Cash method: ×1.6 according to the table
  • Panel and annual settlement – as above

Additional services

Corrections, consultations, PPK (employee capital plans), set-up fees, OSS – according to the price list of additional services.
VAT OSS, Estonian CIT, e-commerce, service in English, advanced reporting – individual quote.

What we always include in an offer

  • An indicative price for the stated number of documents
  • A note that the actual price depends on the number of documents
  • The cost of the panel (PLN 9)
  • The cost of the annual settlement (once a year)
  • A range, not a fixed price

What we do not do

  • We do not suggest tax advice (we have no licence to give it)
  • We do not criticise other firms

What affects the price

Number of documents per month

The main factor for full bookkeeping and the KPiR. We count sales invoices, purchase invoices, bank statements, cash reports and contracts.

Legal and tax form

A limited company, a limited partnership, a sole trader on the tax scale, a sole trader on the flat tax, a sole trader on lump-sum tax — each has a different scope of accounting work and different returns.

Number of employees

Each employee is a separate contract, payment and ZUS settlement. HR and payroll, where applicable: PLN 60 per employee (payroll) + PLN 40 (HR).

Additional services

HR and payroll, management board reports or reports in English are more than basic bookkeeping. We price them separately.

FAQ

Pricing — frequently asked questions

Why is there no fixed price list?
Every business has a different document structure, form of taxation, number of employees and reporting needs. A quote based on an average price is usually worse for the client than an individual quote — either they pay for things they do not need, or what is specific to them is not included in the price. Our quick quote is based on the specific data of your business.
What affects the price of full bookkeeping?
Four main factors: (1) the number of accounting documents per month (invoices, bank statements, contracts), (2) the legal and tax form (limited company ≠ sole trader ≠ limited partnership), (3) additional scope — HR and payroll, management reporting, reports in English, (4) the number of employees on the payroll. Less important: the sector, location, size of turnover.
Can I find out the price before getting in touch?
Yes. Prices start from PLN 270 a month for 15 documents (KPiR or lump-sum tax — ryczałt, business not registered for VAT), PLN 320 (VAT-registered), PLN 900 for full bookkeeping, PLN 60 per employee for payroll and HR; client panel PLN 9 a month + PLN 6 per GB. All prices are net; we add 23% VAT to the price (HR and payroll too). Individual quote. We prepare a quote for your business after a few questions (legal form, VAT, sector, number of documents per month, number of employees) and send it by email.
Are there hidden costs?
Costs are always specified in the price list and/or the contract. Service outside the scope agreed when the cooperation starts may carry an additional charge.
What about the contract — the notice period?
As standard, 1 calendar month, effective at the end of the settlement period.
