For companies with foreign capital

Accounting in Poland, in English.

Full service for Polish subsidiaries of foreign groups. Books kept under the Accounting Act and the National Accounting Standards (KSR), group reports in English, VAT-UE (the EU sales list).

Scope

Everything a Polish subsidiary needs, in one place.

We are the Polish accounting arm of your group: we keep the books under the Accounting Act and the KSR, file VAT and CIT returns, JPK (standard audit files) and the other documents required by the Polish authorities, and on request prepare reports in English. Books, obligations towards the authorities and reporting in one place — one point of contact, one invoice.

The standard monthly rhythm: we close the books by the 10th day, send a draft of the reports by the 12th, and the final version by the 15th.

  • Full books under the Accounting Act and the KSR
  • Monthly management reports in English
  • VAT-UE, OSS / IOSS

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do you handle Polish tax returns, or only reporting for the group?
Both. We are a Polish accounting firm and run the whole statutory cycle: VAT, CIT, JPK, employees' PIT, ZUS (Polish social insurance) and financial statements under the Polish Accounting Act. The group report is produced from the same books — the same data, two outputs.
Will you tailor the report to our group's template?
Yes. We agree the report templates for the group at the start of our cooperation, together with the chart of accounts.
How does VAT-UE work?
We register your Polish company in the VIES system, file the monthly VAT-UE summary information (the Polish list of intra-Community supplies and acquisitions, by the 25th day of the following month) and reconcile it with the JPK_V7 records. OSS and IOSS for online sales to consumers and imports of small consignments are available as an additional service.
Will you help set up a Polish company?
We support the whole process: we help put the documents together, coordinate matters with the bank, ZUS (social insurance) and the statistical office, and set up the chart of accounts for your group's reporting from day one. The registration of the company in the KRS (National Court Register) itself is handled by a law firm or a notary — not by us. After registration we take over the books and the first VAT return.
Will you help with the audit by a statutory auditor?
Yes. We prepare the standard document package in advance, answer the auditor's requests for documents in the agreed language and take part in meetings with the auditor.
