Company accounting

Full company bookkeeping, run as if it were our own.

We keep your company's books, settle your taxes and show you every month how the business stands. Once a year we prepare the financial statements.

Scope

What exactly we do every month.

We keep full commercial books in accordance with the Accounting Act — from the posting of source documents, through the recording of costs and revenue, VAT and CIT settlements, to the month-end closing and the financial statements. Each company has a chief accountant assigned.

We receive documents electronically through KSeF, the national e-invoicing system (purchase and sales invoices), and a dedicated client panel (other accounting documents). We agree the settlement calendar at the start of our cooperation — you know the exact dates of all your VAT, CIT, PIT, JPK (standard audit file) and ZUS (Polish social insurance) obligations for the whole year.

  • Commercial books under the Accounting Act
  • Month-end closing
  • VAT and CIT returns, JPK_V7
  • Management report to the client's standard

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do you have to be in the client's office?
No — the vast majority of the work is done remotely through the secure client panel. We arrange visits individually.
How are documents handed over?
Purchase and sales invoices go through KSeF automatically (we collect them from the Ministry of Finance system on a regular cycle). Other documents — contracts, bank statements, cash reports — the client uploads to the client panel or sends by encrypted email. We accept scans as PDF and JPG.
Do you report in English?
Yes — on request.
What about archiving documents?
Accounting records are kept for at least 5 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year (Art. 74(2)–(3) of the Accounting Act, UoR) and, for tax purposes, until the limitation period expires — usually 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax payment deadline passed (Art. 86 § 1 and Art. 70 § 1 of the Tax Ordinance); payroll documentation for longer. We make electronic copies and books available in the panel; you keep the paper originals. Invoices from KSeF are archived by the Ministry of Finance system itself for 10 years.
How does changing accounting firm work?
Every takeover is arranged individually — we tailor the scope and timetable to the state of the books and the settlement period.
Are you insured?
Yes — we hold the compulsory professional indemnity insurance policy of an accounting firm (Art. 76h of the Accounting Act).
